The HB Series lenses with automatic detection expand your creative possibilities. They feature a magnetic latch mount and support new power options for extended shooting. The camera body design has been revamped (the protective case and Media Mod for HERO12 Black are still compatible), and new features such as a new battery and battery connector, GPS and data overlay, burst slow motion (up to 400fps at 720p), 10-bit HLG HDR, and Wi-Fi 6 have been added.
The HERO Black series lenses are interchangeable lenses designed to quickly set up the camera for the desired shooting scene. When a lens or filter is attached, the HERO13 Black detects it and automatically adjusts the settings. Available options include a macro lens mod, ultra-wide lens mod, smart motion blur ND filter 4-pack, and anamorphic lens mod. Note: All lenses are sold separately.
The new Enduro for HERO13 Black is a high-capacity 1900mAh battery (compared to the previous model's 1720mAh). It allows for extended shooting in all environments, from extreme heat to cold. Continuous shooting is possible for over 2.5 hours at 1080p30 and over 1.5 hours at 4K30 and 5.3K30. Note: The Enduro battery for HERO13 Black is not compatible with older GoPro camera models.
