Strength Training Exercises
Dozens of strength training movements can be automatically recognized, and the fitness watch can count your reps and track your rest time between sets. After your workout, the Zepp App will show you the muscle group you exercised and how long you exercised it for, to help keep your training efficient.
Live Sports Data Broadcast
Instead of raising your wrist to check your data during exercise, get live notifications broadcast through the watch's speaker or your Bluetooth headphones for sports data like heart rate and hydration reminders, distance covered, and more.
Note:*Live Sports Data Broadcast supports English and Chinese voice broadcasts and will be available via OTA update.
Route & Movement Tracking
Import a route file to the watch from the Zepp App and navigate your way along it in real-time.
When following your own unique path, track your real-time movement directly on the display.
Direct Return Navigation enables you to see the shortest straight line back to the starting point of your journey when you're in a hurry.
The algorithm can automatically correct trajectory and distance to match your selected lane if positioning signals momentarily become weak.
