Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return in Products original condition and 30 days warranty if have Manufacturing defect on the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 19151. Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to complete the return process for the original item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
